HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR STAY

To help you prepare for your stay in our clinic, we invite you to consult the downloadable welcome booklet.
This document has been drawn up to give you detailed information about the conditions of your stay, the organisation of your care, your meals, your visits, etc.

Before you are admitted, please bring the following with you:

• Your identity card, health insurance card and hospital bill
• Any medical documents that may help with your care (current prescription, blood group card, laboratory tests, most recent imaging tests, letter from your doctor, etc.).

How do I arrange hospital treatment?

You have two options:

• Your mutual insurance company is linked to an organisation that allows you to access your rights online (Almérys, Viamédis, Isanté, etc.): we can make the request when you are admitted using your mutual insurance card.
• Your mutual insurance company is not linked to an organisation that allows you to access your rights online: you must make the request yourself before you are admitted. To establish reimbursement, you must provide the following information:

Our recommendations for your stay:

• Do not bring valuables or jewellery with you
• Avoid bringing cash
• If the person is a protected adult, he or she must be accompanied by the guardian or curator of his or her rights over the person.

Our recommendations for the operation/examination:

• Follow the advice and instructions given by your doctor and anaesthetist during the consultation.
• Take a shower the day before and the morning of the operation/examination according to your doctor's instructions (mild soap, betadine, etc.)
• Keep a strict fast (no eating or drinking, no sweets or chewing gum) as advised by your doctor.
• Present yourself without make-up, nail varnish (short, clean nails) or jewellery (including piercings).

For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to bring :

• Animals in the clinic
• Flowers and green plants (cut or in pots)

For visits, you are asked to scrupulously respect any additional precautions that your state of health may require.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
