KAMEL KECHABTIA

Dr. Kechabtia is a specialist in interventional radiology.
He performs a wide range of minimally invasive, non-surgical procedures to treat various conditions. These techniques are usually carried out under local anesthesia, without scalpels or visible scars, using a tiny skin puncture (less than 1 mm) at the groin or wrist.
Through this small access point, a catheter is guided through the arteries or veins to reach the affected organ and deliver the appropriate treatment.

The goal of interventional radiology is to perform organ-preserving treatments with short hospital stays and faster recovery.

Dr. Kechabtia completed his interventional radiology training at Hôpital Européen Georges Pompidou in Paris and at the University Hospital of Nice (CHU de Nice).
He also served as Head of the Interventional Radiology Unit in a regional hospital in northern Paris.
