Patient satisfaction questionnaire

Your participation in the patient satisfaction questionnaire handed out on discharge helps to define our quality policy and improve the services provided to patients. You will also find this satisfaction questionnaire in self-service in the establishment. Don't hesitate to ask for it before you leave!

National ESATIS survey

Our health establishment is actively involved in the national initiative launched by the Ministry of Health to measure the satisfaction of hospitalised patients, as part of a telephone survey called E-SATIS. Measuring your satisfaction enables us to find out what you think about the conditions in which you are received, your stay and the care you receive. Your responses, combined with those of other patients who have visited the hospital, help us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our hospital and to improve our services.
